There are great promotions that have just launched to support the California Pet Lover's License Plate, also known as the CA Spay & Neuter License Plate. Proceeds from the plate provide funding for free or low-cost spay & neuter surgeries across California, and also help to raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering. Every new plate buyer is automatically entered into a drawing.
